Initiate Your Request

Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
